On May 4, 2014, the PEF Services Team participated in the 7th Annual Susan Komen North Jersey Race for the Cure.  The PEF (Proud Endearing Friends) of Anne Linden walked in the memory of  our colleague and friend whom we lost after her long battle with breast cancer in October 2013.

The Team raised almost $900.00 in contributions towards this worthwhile cause and hopes to help make an impact in the fight against breast cancer.

The Susan G. Komen story: Nancy G. Brinker promised her dying sister, Susan G. Komen, she would do everything in her power to end breast cancer forever. In 1982, that promise became Susan G. Komen® and launched the global breast cancer movement. Today, Komen has invested more than $2.5 billion to fulfill their promise, working to end breast cancer in the U.S. and throughout the world through ground-breaking research, community health outreach, advocacy and programs in more than 30 countries.
