PEF Services LLC, a leading fund administrator for private capital funds, announced that Hank Boggio has joined the firm as Chief Revenue Officer. In this role, Boggio will oversee global strategy for PEF’s sales, marketing, account management and business development efforts to drive its revenue streams and identify new opportunities for growth. Boggio will begin his new duties on July 18, and will report to PEF Co-Founder and CEO, Anne Anquillare.
With more than 25 years of experience leading several companies through rapid growth and profitability, Boggio joins PEF from his previous role as Managing Director, Head of Business Development at Ipreo Private Capital Markets, the premier provider of solutions for portfolio assessment, valuations, and investment performance for the private capital industry. Boggio joined Ipreo by acquisition of iLEVEL Solutions in August 2015. At iLEVEL, Boggio was a member of the original executive team that spun the iLEVEL platform out of The Blackstone Group. He was responsible for strategic market development along with building and growing the company’s international ecosystem of alliances and partnerships. Immediately prior, he was the firm’s Head of Sales and Chief Marketing Officer since the firm’s inception in 2010.
Boggio’s career includes roles as President of ASPEO, a global software development and IT outsourcing company, and SVP of Sales and Marketing for Archive Systems. He has also held executive leadership positions at Magellan Software and Minolta Information Systems, and is a frequent speaker at industry events.
