What is a Fund Administrator?
In case you’re wondering what a fund administrator does, let’s explain. Our clients are Private Equity (PE) firms who are also known as General Partners (GPs). GPs pool money they raise from investors, known as Limited Partners (LPs), into a private equity fund to buy businesses with a goal of increasing value over time before eventually selling the company for a profit.
