What is a Fund Administrator?

In case you’re wondering what a fund administrator does, let’s explain. Our clients are Private Equity (PE) firms who are also known as General Partners (GPs). GPs pool money they raise from investors, known as Limited Partners (LPs), into a private equity fund to buy businesses with a goal of increasing value over time before eventually selling the company for a profit.

Private Equity is a hot market that is experiencing record-level growth. GPs who are experiencing this growth must not only deliver strong returns, but also demonstrate an ability to navigate fast-changing regulatory requirements and deliver exceptional levels of service and transparency to their investors.
